Scam??

I wanted to give this new app a chance for my upcoming trip to Asia. After downloading, I paid the one-time $5.99 for voice feature.

There was NO mention or pop-up notification of the one-time $14.99 required purchase (which also includes the voice feature) to be able to do ANYTHING except have ONE stagnant card (that can’t even be removed to create an alternate).

I tried to request a refund via in app purchases but it’s not listed even though I have it in my transaction history.

I should have stuck with Apple or Google Translate.

P.S. When creating the one stagnant card, I selected the “not life threatening” radio button but my card states my allergy is life threatening.
