Couldn't get it to scan anything.
I gave the app camera permission but it never accepted a scan. Tried 3-4 barcodes and none worked. Deleted.

Thank you for your feedback! As stated in the description, AllerScan is not used as a barcode scanner but it rather scans text on ingredient labels. If you choose to download the app and use it again, please direct the camera on the ingredient label and not the barcode.
Great app but needs a few changes.
Great idea for an app. I know it’s new so there will be a few issues at the beginning. One suggestion would be to change the way you put in your allergies. Maybe it should be like a list instead of a word bar. And also, when I went to add another food allergy, it deleted all that I saved that I had already put in. I think it just needs a little bit more work and it would be such a beneficial app!
