Yes let’s buy a $4000 tag ready just so the apps we have to use can piss us off! Every time I connect the read by blue tooth it turns the ready off. It will literally go from pairing to shutting down… just spectacular!
App doesn’t do anything
It says it’s connected to my reader but no data is imported. All it lets you do is type it in manually, so what’s the point?
Bug in app
Does not stay open when trying to connect stick reader. I tried multiple times and it keeps closing out the app.

Hello, Could you please bring more information: - which reader are you using? - which Apple device are you using? - which version of iOS? You need at least version 12. Sorry for the inconvenience. Edit 18/01/23: The problem was detected and corrected in version 1.2.7 (available now).
