Lacking Required Security Measures
This app lacks necessary security measures. I logged out and came back and was logged in. I tried to set up 2-factor authentication and you can still get in the app without it. A financial app should be more secure.

Transactions constantly disappearing
Every week a transaction or multiple transactions disappear and will give you a false total balance. Hard to budget when you’re not sure of how much money you have. It’s to the point where I’m about to switch credit unions over it.
Authentication isn’t working
Changed from 5 to 1 star since the update it errors out saying it can not authenticate and Face ID isn’t working.

Can conduct bank business any time I love the app. Also can transfer funds from my account to my family’s pay bills at my leisure

Made the iPhone version Worse.....!!!
I used to like the iPhone version really well. Stable and easy to maneuver.
Since this last update;
1. my “username” no longer stays when opening the app.
2. Once I enter my username and click for PW, the screen moves down and I have to scroll it up to enter PW.

Newest Version Hardly Works
This current version is always having errors and won’t ever let me sign in. I have to go through a browser to see anything about my account. It used to work fine with no issues and suddenly I can never sign in. Extremely unhappy.

The app looks like it will name (nickname) your account, but it DOESN’T so you have to be super attentive when dealing with your accounts.
