Paying method
Doesn’t give you the option to change your paying method to Different card, they need to upgrade their app and there website!!!

This app is great, I had forgotten when my payment was due. I was unable to find an old bill so I called the insurance and the lady that answered me told me she would call me back and didn’t! USERNAME IS YOURE POLICY NUMBER AND PASSWORD IS YOUR ZIP CODE it will then let you change you’re password. 😊

Easy.
Easy quick way to make a payment. Especially quick and easy when you still write checks like your grandma and forgot to send it in last week and your policy cancels in 2 hours 😅 I dunno if this was a bug that was fixed but as far as account credentials go, your policy # is basically your username and your billing zip is the password.... Easy :)

Stupid website
This is the worse auto insurance I’ve ever had. Their website doesn’t give you the option to make an account. I tried to Call and the offices are closed. It’s the first and last month I’m with them.
