No English?
If you put the App in Spanish why can’t I get to change settings to English so that I can understand the App . This is not fair to me when you sold me airline protection in English.

It claims to have Spanish and English. The default is Spanish and my Spanish is not good enough for me to be able to figure out where to switch languages

Spanish app
The app is only in Spanish, there is no visible English tab to adjust the language. The app in the App Store is in English, the images are in English, but download the app and it’s Spanish only. Completely useless.
SPANISH LANGUAGE
ALLYZ (with a purple icon) is the ENGLISH LANGUAGE App for Allianz Insurance. It works beautifully. This one though, it is only is SPANISH! Useless for many Americans.

La app de Allianz Salud es muy deficiente. Casi nunca funciona cuando uno necesita agendar citas médicas: se queda cargando, saca errores y muchas veces toca terminar llamando. Esto termina afectando el acceso oportuno a los servicios de salud. Deberían estabilizar la plataforma, mejorar el rendimiento y la disponibilidad, o considerar retirarla hasta que realmente funcione de forma confiable para los usuarios

ENGLISH ?!?!?!
Says both English and Spanish but only loads in Spanish. We live in the United Stated and our official language is ENGLISH not SPANISH!

The App Store claims this app supports English language, but the default setting is Spanish. If I were a Spanish speaker I could perhaps navigate the app to find the setting for English, but if I could, I wouldn’t need the English setting, now would I?

I’m downloading the app from the USA and all I get is a Spanish language app. I don’t see on the app at any place for me to switch to English.

This is the single worst app I have ever encountered. I just paid $266 for their travel insurance and the link on their own site takes me to only Spanish. Total waste of time and false advertising!
