Tedious to submit claim
For some reason you have to input your bank info every time you submit a claim. Because having that info saved on the app would be too convenient and user friendly. Surely we cant have that.
Worst Student insurance
It’s the worst student insurance for international student, I’ve been trying to submit a claim for a medicines refund, they would do anything not to pay you or help. Really bad experience.

Terrible app
It very rarely lets me login, why have login details, if I then have to get a code from an email every single time I try and log in. The annoyance of having to do that aside, I do try and go that, but the code can take hours to arrive in my email inbox. Terrible app, terrible insurance provider, that pretty much rejects everything. Awful. Nothing but thieves.

Unable to login nor reset my password
Everything's been all fine until I recently upgraded to a new phone, and being unable to access my account both on website & app.
This is getting incredibly frustrating as my Clinical Lab rang me today about payment issues, and I am unable to login to see how my current direct billing claim goes.

Updated app won’t let me login
Today I urgently need to open the app and am forced to update it. Now I can’t login, change password or anything! Ridiculous!

I am writing to formally complain about the lack of support and assistance I have been receiving from your company. Your application is not working properly, and despite following all the instructions provided, I have been unable to resolve the issue.
I have sent more than 10 emails over the past weeks, and although your automated message states that responses are provided within 10 days, I have not received any proper reply. On the rare occasions that I do receive an email, the message is vague and simply tells me to call, without addressing my questions or providing any real help.
Resolving a simple issue has become extremely difficult because your support team does not offer clear guidance, does not respond to inquiries, and does not provide any effective assistance. I have already submitted the requested documents, informed you multiple times about the app malfunction, and still I have received no resolution or meaningful response.
It is very frustrating to have a plan with your company when the basic customer service and support are not being provided. I feel completely left without assistance and dependent on whether or not someone decides to reply.

Great app, but missing one game-changing feature: Apple Wallet support
The app is well designed and overall very useful. Submitting claims works, but the process can sometimes feel a little confusing—it could be made more straightforward and leaner. Even with that, the app provides essential functionality that I appreciate and use regularly.
One feature that would be particularly valuable is Apple Wallet support for the membership card. Having the card directly available in Apple Wallet would make access much more seamless and convenient.
I hope this suggestion helps the team continue improving what is already a solid and helpful app.

Can’t register
Won’t let me register saying both policy number and dob are invalid

I want to claim my bills, I have provided every required details then also it shows opps, something is wrong try again later, I have tried it for some days but it shows same problem.
It cannot be setup if you have less than 3 characters of surname.
I have tried to register with my information, but it failed. My surname has only two letters. How can I put 3 characters for it?
Very buggy
The latest app update has locked me out, doesn’t recognise my password and when I reset doesn’t recognise the new one.
Prior to this it never remembered my bank details so every time I make a claim I have to enter all my bank details every time.

Problem with changing my password
When I try to put a new password, it always says you have already used this password before, please use a different password even after I put so many new password. It’s so annoying

This app is like from 2014-15 ui. Bring a more modern ui with ease of functionality. Other healthcare insurance app is way better and easy to use than this one. I’m requesting humbly to app developers to bring some great changes that makes claiming easy with a modern ui!
Not Working If You Are OVHC
I just transferred my policy from another provider, I haven’t used claims or visits yet, but not supporting overseas visa holders is a ridiculous thing.
For my transfer document I called the helpline and a guy helped me in a great way, thanks to him. On the other side, hey it’s 2024 and you are ALLIANZ, you provide services on web and not supporting this on your mobile app, so funny…

A big let down is that the app doesnt even support OVHC policy holders.
