Happy with Allied First, but the app is terrible
I love this bank and their customer service. I’ve had a long relationship with them and loved their previous app vendor, but this new vendor/app is terrible.
With the previous app, I received a text whenever a transaction met the threshold I set. Now, I receive no texts and must sign on to check my balance, which is no big deal if the app works, but it doesn’t.
As usual, I tried to sign on this morning. App…non responsive. 😡🤬

No cleared check view
With the illumination of returning cleared checks and now no online view of cleared checks - where are we to comity of review check notes and such?

Terrible app
The launch of this app left me and a great many other account holders without access to their mobile banking for over two weeks. The app itself is cumbersome at best. It displays only the last 30 days of account activity. I’m sure there’s a way to look back further but I certainly can’t find it on the app.
I never received an email or warning that the new app was being launched. Just kept getting error messages on the old app.
What did this whole debacle cost? How many late fees were generated because of the lack of access to accounts?
What was wrong with the old app that couldn’t have been updated, without causing pandemonium?
