Username/Password Issue
I can’t log into this app because I don’t have the option to change my username. We had some type of system update on my property and I was required to change my username. But now I don’t have the option to change it in this app. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling it too. Useless app if you can’t get logged in.

“ failed to register new password “
Since the last update came out , the app asked me to create a password and when I try to create the password and access my account it says “ failed to register new password “ i don’t know why
