Não funciona como deveria

Raramente você consegue conectar no aplicativo quando está em fora de redes Wi-Fi. Nunca conecta. Tem que estar em uma rede muito, mas muito estável. Ao contrário das câmeras Intelbras que num instante conecta. Comprei esse interfone pois era o mais moderno oferecido pela Intelbras com touch sceeen Wi-Fi etc, mas joguei dinheiro fora.

Temos uma internet boa, mesmo assim existe muita lentidão no momento que abro o aplicativo a abertura do portão.

Uso em IPhone

Tenho observado dificuldades do aplicativo funcionar em I phone. Eu não consigo mais atender o portão pelo celular. E tive relatos de vários clientes com dificuldades também. Não é possível fazer uma atualização?
