Notifications fails
It’s super important to receive Alerts and notifications for this. You have to manually go into the app and manually refresh to see if there are any new things. The critical notifications part just fails to function.
Needs an overhaul
Not good, zero stars not an option. Can’t see all new alerts, can only delete old alerts one at time which slow and time consuming. There are better apps out there.
Seems to be working fine now.
Issues regarding alerts messages and notifications seem to have been fixed. At least on my phone anyway. Can’t fault the app now.
Consistently frustrating
Six messages for available jobs and nine minutes of backwards while trying to upload them and get sent back to the home page.
Enter everybody kilometres and travel times to have the apply to all button automatically turn on and have to re do everything again.

Poorly optimised
Please optimise the notifications, you do not need every notification to be individually marked and why does it need 3 seconds to even open, that doesn’t make sense. Also the notifications outside of the app don’t work. Please fix
Hit and miss
Allocations disappear often after accepting. Mark all for deletion would be a welcome addition.
Useless
Notifications you don’t get along with no sound. Very poorly designed App hence the low star rating. The stars tell a story.
App performance
Performance on this app bad. Trying to open notifications takes 10-20-30 seconds even a minute or so to even open the tab, clearing notifications and refreshing messages are extremely slow. Poor app performance overall and this app is run on a very tight budget by the looks of it.

Bugs, Slow, Does not load ticket details. Freaking useless.

Notifications don’t work
For an app used for allocating work to employees it’s not very useful when you don’t receive a notification that you have been allocated a shift. Been only an issue since the last update
Times and travel doesn’t save
When you go out of app after taking each employee’s details times, kms etc it doesn’t save on timesheet - everyone seems to have the same issues
Not showing resources after update
Can’t use Alloc8 for work. Resources, including payslips not available

I have used this app every day for over a year now and it’s pathetic Terrible app constantly crashing and needs reinstalling no thought put into user friendliness

This is a very poor app and has got even worse for me since the last developer update.
Now it opens in black screen for one second and fades away like it was never opened.
Plus ever since I have used this app it’s very slow, the lag time is absolutely annoying.
Seriously for something as important as your work schedule this app is not up to scratch.
A company like Altus that has the amount of employees it has should seriously invest in a way better scheduling app for its employees.

The most recent ios app update, there’s no way to update attachments . Deleting and reinstalling works.

Been using this app and it works some times other times it’s chaos. Alerts not showing, shifts not appearing and utterly not user friendly. Needs fixing useless on Apple
