App not working after update

It hardly ever works properly. Right now it’s just spinning on login and has been that way for days. Can’t submit this review without one star but it’s not even worth that.
The colour
Adjusting to this but can you please change the colour… this new dark green is hideous
Face ID?
Good work adding an iPad app. Would really like biometric authentication. Main issue is notifications sometimes work, sometimes don’t.
Stopped working
Used to work fine when I first downloaded it. Sometimes it would log me out maybe if there’s a long gap between uses, bit of a hassle but understandable. Then suddenly it stopped working, won’t do anything at all. I have deleted and re-installed a few times already but still having issues. Nothing happens when I press sign in and pressing sign up it just returns to the main screen which is option for sign up or sign in. I feel stuck in a black hole with this situation. Please fix it.
