Keep getting kicked out every two weeks and then trying to access again keeps saying account not found

Bugs…
Unsure of what is happening, app lags after booking a shift, have to come out and get in again to book or see more shifts, this after deleting and reinstalling

Missing rota
I don’t like the fact that anytime I update this app I get logged out and have to call the roster team to update my rota on the app. Could it be fixed .
Confused
I don’t understand why I constantly have to log out and login to bring up newly added shifts, surely in this day and age it should not have to be.
Unable to put requests in
Ever since the app upgraded I am
Now unable to make any shift requests and I get a message saying none of my rosters is allowing me to make requests. Never had this issue before the upgrade. Also noticed a bug as sometimes when I go into the app it’s all just blank. Please look into it!

This app has updated on my iPad recently and since then it’s just a white screen, I deleted and downloaded it again and the same thing happened. I use to be able to use the app on my phone and iPad, now just my phone,
Update - after repeatedly deleting and downloading the Loop app I decided to try the original link give to us right at the beginning. After a couple of tries it worked
