Slow and Clunky
The system requests repeated confirmation when making a booking, which is frustrating in a competitive booking environment i.e. when a block shift release is done and multiple users are all accessing at the same time. Also, the system/screen do not automatically refresh/display in ‘real-time’ leaving users continually having to manually do this otherwise inaccurate information is displayed leading to error messages and missed booking opportunities.
