Allowance has become one of those apps I use all the time without really thinking about it. Being able to create virtual cards instead of handing over my actual payment credentials gives me a lot more peace of mind, especially when using AI agents to complete purchases or other transactional tasks on my behalf.
What surprised me most is how much it has automated for me. Tasks that used to require multiple steps and manual checkouts now just happen in the background. The setup is simple, the experience feels secure, and it makes agent-powered commerce feel practical instead of futuristic.
