All passwords gone
The app used to work alright. Wasn’t the best UI, but it got the job done.
Opened the app today, and all passwords/accounts are gone. Not a single thing available.
Will have to stick with Apple’s keychain from now on.

I went to open the app and now all my passwords are gone.

Everything is gone. All my passwords have disappeared
Crap!
No way to import anything on a new device! My database is locked and there’s nothing to be done to unlock it. Absolute crap, not recommended!
AllPass app
Really like the app and have been using it for a few years now. Lately, it will unlock with password but will not display any of my secure information. Unfortunately, I’ve relied on this app and can potentially lose passwords I’ve had for some time. Can this be fixed? If I delete the app and re-add, I lose everything.

Search bar not working
When try to type something in search, in the moment I click there, the search bar is dissapeared. Can you update the app to help in solving this bug. Thanks

Bugs still not fixed
Ever since IOS 13 on the Xs I haven’t been able to search passwords. Every time I hit the search bar it just disappears. Other than that it’s a great app with great customizable options.
Needs update to be completely compatible w/iOS13
Sending an export to email, but after iOS13, cannot find the export file to import.

Major bug in allpass pro reported. No answer. No feedback. No solution from the developer. The search screen does not work anymore. DONT BUY

The app looks good but one folder is able to add only one entry. If you add new entry in folder that already have entry and save it automatically closed or perhaps crashes
Glitchy since iOS 13?
Loved this app until I updated to ios13 and now I can’t access my records anymore. I can login but when I navigate to a folder then move back to the main screen the screen goes blank! The only solution is to restart the app.
All my passwords on iPhone are gone!
One day everything was fine, and suddenly all my passwords are gone. Tried to restore from iCloud backup, but the app doesn’t show my backups. Now I have a useless app and lost all my passwords. My iPad app still have older passwords stored, but can’t sync with may iPhone. What a trash! Just wasted my money. No reply from mail sent to developer. Disappointed to say the least.

No longer good
I used to love this app. But they don’t fix bugs and it’s no longer usable. It needs to be upgraded or taken off the store.
Not intuitive
The app does not crash on my device which is great, but in order to create an item (login/password) user need to spend a lot of time. Lack of intuitive interface.

The app is not user friendly, I wasted my time and money trying to save my passwords after figured how to do it the app just crashed and all data is gone, the app password is gone too just like if I never used the app before 👎

I backed up data to my i cloud . I signed out an then in. All data have lost!!!! Im really sorry to trust you. All my passes have lost. And I don’t know really to do now
