App update

I hate the new app update, it makes it incredibly hard to turn on and off your card. Not only that, but half of the time it doesn’t allow you to turn on/ off your card due to issues within the app so you are stranded with no form of money.

Worthless

Both kids traveling overseas so I allowed the international usage, which I thought was a great feature. Both kids denied multiple times, even after calling All South with each denial. Looking for a new bank.

This does not work

This does not work. The app sends you to online banking.
When you go to online banking there is nothing to click that says anything about a card. Upper right hand menu has nothing in list about a card??? Confusing!! Is it a wait time for online to recognize the app was downloaded??

We apologize for your experience with the app. Within the AllSouth Mobile Banking app, click the menu in the upper right-hand corner and then select Cards. This will direct you to the CardControl app where you can set up your AllSouth Debit Card. Hopefully this helps! ion no bout yall but it helps sooo much i got a notification when sumone did sum one my card and it easily sent a notification was time it happened where and the date and it was declined bc i turn my card off when i dont use it!!🤍🤍🤍

HELP

Why when I keep going to the app and I click “Cards” it says “We’re sorry, but an unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later.” It’s making it really hard to set up the Card Control app. I’m not pleased at all!

Doesn’t work

WHen you try to log in it tells you that you have to log into allsouth banking and click on card control. Well there is no option in any of the menus. I was finally able to get this to work but you do need to update the instructions
