Honest review from a New Yorker.
1) Expect to wait 7 business for a mobile check deposit….
2) You cannot Zelle more than $500 a day…
3) They do not give you your direct deposit 2 days early either….
“The majority of banks allows you to receive your money sooner”
4) No 24 hour customer service!! only for lost cards or fraudulent transactions.
Don’t get me started on how the verification process over the phone is!!!

I am pleased with the availability of mobile banking. Having my accounts at my finger tips from anywhere helps me keep up with payments, balances, transfers, and deposits.

i like the old app, this new app isn’t as good because they took away the part that you can lock your card and protect your money.Now you can’t do anything but let thieves steal your money.

The banking app is always nice to have available to use for all my banking needs. But I find it hard to read or figure out when trying to see my spending and the amount remaining. I just find it hard to understand

No Complaints!
I haven’t had any issues with the app to date and I’ve been using it for about 4 years. Recently mobile deposits became possible so I’ve begun to use it more often for my other banking needs. Occasionally it may run slow but that’s not the norm.

I love the Mobile Banking app and Banking with you all I just wish you would bring back where we can lock our cards other then that I’m glad I’m a member keep up the good work. Thank you for the lock and unlock very happy with that
