If you want to complete an online payment you have to receive two verification codes confirming twice I want to pay a damn bill. I’ve never had to jump through so many hoops just to pay a bank for a mortgage I owe. It is ridiculous, by far, hands down the worst banking app I’ve ever dealt with.

I would love to see an area to designate that the transaction was reconciled. I also wish the transaction date was visible in addition to when the amount was paid.
Quick access banking
AllSouth is s great credit union in many ways. The thing I like best is the mobile app. If I need to transfer money on the spot, I can go into the app and make an instant transfer from one account to another. This has saved me so many times. Thanks AllSouth!!

Excellent Service
I’ve been banking with this Credit Union since before the name was changed from Fort Jackson Federal Credit Union. I remain with them because I continue to receive outstanding service. I’ve never been disappointed.
Horrible.
I’ve been in 2 situations where I couldn’t access my money while trying to check out due to the app buffering while trying unlock my card!

1) Expect to wait 7 business for a mobile check deposit….
2) You cannot Zelle more than $500 a day…
3) They do not give you your direct deposit 2 days early either….

4) No 24 hour customer service!! only for lost cards or fraudulent transactions.
Don’t get me started on how the verification process over the phone is!!!
