Cannot Make Any Changes
This is such a useless app. You try to make any changes and it brings you through an immense amount of questions only to tell you it cannot be submitted at the end. The it says to try again or email them. You email them and they say you have to call them. Useless.

No apple wallet
How can this app in 2026 not have the ability to save your pink card to Apple wallet? That’s the bare minimum.
Allstate App is Great
Great tool instead of rifling through filing cabinets, drawers and files for details. Good on the road for any vehicular interaction. Just keep phone charged.

I’m am so pleased with the site and how easy it is to find information, great job on how easy you have made it to navigate.

Great up that keeps me updated about my insurance with soft copies of pink cards of all my vehicles

Unbelievably slow
I was told my pink card would have its address updated within 2-3 business days. It’s been 2 weeks, or the equivalent of 10 business days. I’m already stressed enough about moving houses and these morons are not helping. You want easy service? Forget it, you won’t find it here
Policies do not come up
Been debating with Allstate for 1.5 months trying to have the app display my policies with Allstate representative and support without success. Very frustrated.

My name has an apostrophe in it. The app won’t accept this character. Deletes all detail entries.
Card name error
Need to fix the card name error when trying to make a payment with a credit card. I get this error before entering any other fields about the credit card.

We have been with Allstate for more than 10 years. Premium’s were great and as we were and have been claiming free with home and auto for 35 years it was great. In the last 3 years our premiums have risen 80%.
Recently I called the call Center as logging in from the web and the app have been problematic. They seem to have no regard for human interactions as the problem actually got worse and we con no longer access either the app or web.
Sorry allstate but you are no longer an insurance provider I would recommend.
PS we have found a new service provider at 40% less than the premium you want us to pay.
