Sort of worked for 6 months
I like the features it offers, they just don’t work. Used this app in conjunction with our office phones and it leaves a lot to be desired.
- The texting feature never worked, from day 1.
- I liked that I could receive calls on the app when I was working remotely, but the app just stopped ringing after about six months.
- There is no tech support for the app. I contacted our phone provider and they said they don’t manage the app and don’t have their contact info. The app states Allstream is the developer, so I have no idea who we are supposed to contact.
