Très déçu car depuis une semaine ma balance ne se connecte plus à mon iPhone et personne de chez vous ne peut résoudre le problème . Alors que j’ai tout essayé avec les instructions de votre boîte automatique. J’ai été même désinstaller l’application et la remettre rien n’y fait .

Buenisima balanza y app pero eliminaron las mediciones de agua, músculo y grasa visceral que antes se podía ver por separado y lo agruparon en masa corporal magra, sin muchos más detalles :(

Funziona malissimo, se guardi il grafico non segnala giusto il peso. Anche si hai perso peso dice sempre che nel ultimo 30 giorni hai perso 0.0 non segna ne meno il peso perso nella settimana.
Se borran los datos
Cada vez que entro se borran los datos y se reinicia. Va Fatal.
Worst update
The last update is not useful and it removes the most important uses of the app and it makes the app useless for the persons which are building muscles and want lose fats

Wie oft muss man eine falsche Messung löschen, bis sie wirklich verschwindet? Beim nächsten öffnen der App sind alle falschen Werte wieder da….
Excellent programme des résultats probants
Pose du ballon le 10 mars, le 10 juin une perte de 13,4 kg pas de privation ni de frustration. Il faut boire beaucoup de sport, d eau et suivre les conseils de la diététicienne. Aucun effet secondaire et aucun problème pour avaler la capsule. Je recommande vivement. Il me reste quelques kg à perdre.

Schaut euch die Bugs bitte an, es hängt und hackt. Wenn man aus der App geht und wieder zurück kommt, bleibt die App starr.

La balance a une semaine exacte de vie.
Première connexion réussite et depuis impossible de reconnecter la balance à l’iPhone et donc à l’app, rien ne se registre.
Installée, désinstallée…. Rien.
Vu le pris du programme, je trouve assez dommage.

Kleine Schwächen. Insgesamt aber ziemlich gut.
Die App an sich ist gut und übersichtlich. Man findet seine Werte in verschiedenen Darstellungen und viele Tipp und Hinweise.
Meine Uhr mag sich nicht so recht verbinden aber insgesamt bin ich zufrieden.

I am giving you 1 star only because of this. Whoever; (programmer, marketing staff) decided on this push surveys is responsible from my dissatisfaction. Please stop it !!!!

Allurion Watch/App
I have found that the app doesn’t update very quickly and if you don’t refresh it regularly it doesn’t record your steps and they are lost!
Weirdly the app has shown steps for the following day on few occasions and then eventually looses them to the correct day!
On contacting Allurion I was told to update the app, which I did with no change at all! Still slow, still showing incorrect figures.
Thankfully though weight loss is recorded effectively.
