I downloaded the app but it won’t take any username I try to put in. It will take my password but not username. What’s up with this?
Great Card and customer service
I would had to give his 5 out of 5 stars but the card to longer than expected. I called customer service and they were very thorough and clear about the process.

Really needs improvement
2023 in one financial company has three different apps for all different products, which I think is crazy first of all. Logging in is a nightmare won’t seem to recognize usernames and passwords from a password manager. If I may be completely honest out of all of my financial services apps, this is the worst.

Can’t set up username and password
I downloaded the app and thought I could at least set up the app till the card arrives. Representative said I need the card with the card # to enroll. There is no place to enroll without setting up username and password, that I can see! The app does not explain requirements to set up username and password.

Unable to log in
I’m unable to log into this app. It says to enter log in information which I do and press log in button and get the same message.

Unable to set up an account due to app glitches
When I tried to set up my account the app kept giving me an error about my password, yet I tried two different ones, both within the guidelines they set, and it wouldn’t work. Fix your crappy app.
Won’t let anyone login
What is the point of having an app that doesn’t even let you login to manage your account?

App was improved????
Version history shows an update but I can’t imagine how bad it was before if you can’t even log in now
Ease of use
Very easy app to use and manage your account. You can check your FICO score, lock credit cards. Clean interface that’s easy to understand.
Can’t login
I can’t even login. It tells me to enter username and password, which I do. Wash. Rinse. Repeat. I can login to the web portal just fine, so I know my credentials are correct. This is mildly infuriating.
