App worked great at first but starting last week it won’t let me clock in or out, says I’ve clocked out then shows clock still running. Made sure location services is on so that’s not the issue. Frustrating

I’m constantly notifying my boss of my clock in/out times. While using the app, it consistently glitches. Repeats same screens within a single use, tells me I’m not synced with my previous shifts, etc. Very frustrating.

Good App and Awesome customer service team !

The app works really good for me clocking in and out and even when I miss punches. I’ve had a problem twice but each time the customer service team handled things really well and fast .
