Good app
I’m a type 2 diabetic so definitely finding out about this cgm got me second guessing at first but I quite like it actually, it’s my first cgm with an app and I’m trailing at the moment and it really does help no more finger pricking and checking my blood sugar levels 4-5 times a day , I’m most definitely would stick with this one after the trail as it’s easy to use ( I’m just getting used to the app day by day ) the set up was a bit hard at first for me but i finally figured it out and the way it alerts when your blood sugars are high is really great. So I’m honestly quiet happy with this and will continue to have it along my journey:))

Stopped Working
The App has developed a problem and no longer works - When do you expect to have this issue resolved - stuck in a loop verifying region and units

Simple screens which makes tracking your sugar easy.
App doesn’t work
App stopped working a couple hours into trialling the CGM - wouldn’t let log back in and now won’t load at all despite deleting and reinstalling etc - no support feedback or contact to resolve immediately! What a shame!
