AllyU is a student safety app that gets you in touch with your trusted companions so you can walk safely around your campus, no matter the time. Create a trusted network with your friends to walk together from one place to another, until you arrive at your destination safely. How does it work? AllyU is your personal safety app where you set up your friends and emergency contacts in case you need them. If you're going somewhere on campus but don’t feel safe walking alone, you just have to set up your current location, your destination, and send a request. This will notify your contacts, and you can accept help from whoever responds. You can also be the one to help other students! When someone on your contact list sends a request, you will receive a notification that will let you know the time and distance your friend needs to walk to reach their destination. You could set up your availability and let your friend know at what time you’ll be joining them.
