I cancelled mu subscription 2 months ago…
Since then they are auto deducting me…. Sometimes within a couple days apart at 19.99 each. There is no costumer service number and the emails I sent are ignored.
I even cancelled my debit card on file but they were still able to deduct from my new card???? I have no idea how this app was able to get my new card numbers. So incredibly freaky. Now I have to close my whole checking account and open a new one. You have been warned

Not very happy.
I initially had high hopes for the ALNO Chat Bot AI. For the first three months, it worked wonderfully—smooth, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Based on that strong performance, I decided to purchase the yearly subscription. Unfortunately, that’s where things started going downhill.
About three months in, the service just stopped working altogether. I reached out for support through both email and Facebook, and every time I was met with the same response: “We are working on getting it fixed. It will be next week.” That was two months ago, and the issue still hasn’t been resolved.
It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for a service and receive little more than automated responses and broken promises in return. At this point, I’ve essentially paid for a year and only received a quarter of that in functioning service.
I can’t recommend ALNO in its current state. If they manage to fix the reliability and actually support their paying users, I’d consider revisiting it. But as it stands, this has been a disappointing and costly experience.

No longer letting me upload photos
This used to be my favorite app because I could upload a photo of what I was doing and it would tell me what I was doing wrong. But there is no way to contact customer service for support and I paid $100 for a now useless app to me.

I want Cancel ALNO
It was very easy to signup for ALNO. Now that I don't desire to keep its very hard to delete my account. WHY IS THIS SO DIFFICULT TO DELETE ALNO?

This app is seriously great! I had a few different AI apps but this one takes the cake. You can ask questions, have conversations, or have it spit out insane pictures!

This doesn’t work!
Plus you cannot get ahold of help. It does nothing when I try to use it. As a whole or individually. Also no way to get assistance. Bad app if i could give it a minus 1 star I would.
