awful communication and customer service

i recently ordered alodia hair care products because i heard that they were well made and good quality products. i originally was going to order them via the amazon app but they were out of stock there so i ordered $125+ worth of products through the app and paid for 2-day shipping. it has now been 6 days and my order hasn’t even been shipped at all. i emailed customer service and they have barely replied to me. all they told me was that some things were out of stock and i have not gotten a response to any of my emails after that. i paid for expedited shipping and instead got a poor experience. i would not recommend this app at all due to the bad service and lack of communication for the out of stock items. don’t waste your time. dont get this app.
