Ever since Bite Squad took over the app ordering food has become more complicated and there aren’t as many options as there were before

Half the time the food comes an hour to two hours later than the expected time said. The other half of the time the order is wrong or the food comes cold. This past time my order was missing two servings of rice but there’s no number to call in these situations. Just have to accept the fact that you wasted your money. Don’t bother. Bite squad isn’t even convenient, it just makes you hangry and pisses you off more when your order is cold or messed up.

To bad Bitesquad took over
I use to love this delivery service, they offered delivery from dozens of restaurants and even included options for beverages and ice cream. Sadly Bitesquad recently took over and limited the delivery options to restaurants within 7 miles from your current location which means people who do not live in downtown Honolulu now have very limited choices and we are no longer able to order from any of the best restaurants that still contract with Aloha to Go. They also stopped offering beverage delivery. Take out options are now much gloomier in Honolulu and Bitesquad definitely has not done anything to improve the Aloha to Go service.

Doesn't work well
Tried looking for restaurants in Honolulu and location turned out, and it pulled up nothing. Had to refresh the app at least 3 times before it actually worked

i've been searching for a delivery service that wasn't just pizza and tada found it! app is quick, easy, and provides multiple updates of your order.
Super glitchy!
I love love love Aloha2Go, ordering food and getting it delivered to me. It's convenient, the wait time is never too long, and customer service has always been good. So 5 stars for the actual company. BUT, this app is horrible and needs an update. It's glitchy, and it logs me out multiple times when I'm trying to order, or it glitches and deletes my whole order so I'll have to redo the whole thing which makes me not want to order anymore. Please fix this!!
