Unavailable to redeem
I bought a wash only to find out they don’t take Apple Pay. When I tried to redeem my purchase, it wouldn’t work, and the “Need Assistance” number went straight to an unmonitored voicemail. No help, no support, just frustrating and unacceptable for a paid service.
Scanner not working
Too bad buying prepaid car washes as the scanner Do not work! I ended buying a regular wash because of this issue. Disappointed of your machine.

Tried to buy a 5-wash pass and was never given a code. Tried contacting customer service...no response. Out $60+ now. Thanks
