I have an old acct with an email address that no longer works, and I couldn’t set up a new one because it has the same phone number. So, it was, and always will be impossible to update my previous acct set up a new one.
Wouldn’t accept coupon
Aloha sent an email with $3 off and the app would not accept it.
App is awful

Better interface than before
Overall better appearance. Not tying payment and contact information to iOS for direct autofill and inability for Apple Pay to be used was annoying when trying to support my impulse ordering.. Also, sauces need some type of description.

Really fresh. Everyone is friendly. Been getting a lot of rewards with the app!
Doesn’t work
The app won’t open after downloading. I’ve even tried uninstalling and reinstalling and all it does is show the loading screen and then close.
App Crash
While I absolutely love the food at Aloha Poke Co., the app leaves a lot to be desired. In the beginning, the app was fine —nothing flashy, borderline lackluster; it was simple and easy for ordering food. Now, the app crashes and there hasn’t been a developer update in almost a year, but I still get notifications on my locked screen. However, when I try to check the notification or open the app, the app won’t fully open and crashes. It’s frustrating.

The staff at pickup provided exemplary customer service. And, Aloha Poke was great eats all around. Wow, what a bowl!

Love the super fresh poke. Saw the signage for this app- unfortunately it was after I paid- No way to add my $40 purchase. But still great poke!

I live in downtown Chicago and have stores that are 0.6, 1.1 and 1.3 miles away, none of them will deliver to me
