Alokomuna Admin is the administration panel for the Alokomuna platform. It allows authorized staff to manage citizen-submitted reports (problems/issues) and service requests. Key features: Dashboard — Stats overview (total, pending, in-progress, resolved, rejected), filterable by year/month Reports management — View, filter, search, and update problem reports. Change status, priority, category, add resolution notes and photos Requests management — Same workflow for service requests Push notifications — Real-time alerts for new/updated items SuperAdmin panel — Manage admin users, sessions, devices, ban/unban, activate/deactivate accounts Multi-language — Albanian, English, Serbian 2FA authentication — Secure login with email-based OTP Deep linking — Navigate directly to items from notifications Alokomuna is a platform where citizens report issues and request services. This admin app is how staff review, track, and resolve those submissions.
