This update brings a fresh look to your conversations and a lot of small fixes that make the day-to-day smoother. What's new • Help Needed — a new filter that shows you every conversation where the AI has asked for a human. When it does, you'll see a clear card explaining why and what's happened so far. • Messages look better. We've redesigned the bubbles for photos, voice notes, videos, locations, PDFs, invoices, payments, orders, catalog items, and appointments. • Tickets got a proper home. Filter them the same way you filter conversations, fill in the fields your ticket type actually needs, change the team or priority right from the ticket, add notes, and edit the title and description in place. • A new attach menu that shows every option at once, without scrolling. • Language, account switching, and appearance now use native iOS pickers, and the whole app follows your light or dark setting properly. • Search now has a Cancel button, and jumps straight to the keyboard. Fixed • Voice notes play reliably, and sending one no longer bumps you to the top of the conversation. • Tapping a notification takes you to the right conversation. • Switching accounts starts genuinely fresh. • No more notifications after you log out. • Cleaner message layout, and a private-note button that stays out of the mic's way.
