Communication/support
The app itself is not bad. I’ve been using it for several years, but if you’re trying to get in contact with anyone or get help, it is very difficult. So as long as things go well, it is good if something goes wrong good luck finding somebody to help you.
Comment section doesn’t work
The comment section doesn’t always work. A lot of the time I type things in the comment section, you can’t see it. After you close go back to the roster, it shows you added a comment but you can’t go back an see it.

I love this app
It’s so cool. I just wish it had a report card so we can write notes on students like a file. But it’s a very good app
No support
After sending FOUR emails to support without any response I felt a review was in order. I’ve worked in software for 25 years. I’m tech savvy. Uploading a CSV doesn’t take a PhD, so clearly that feature is broken. However, without any response from my support requests there is no way to know exactly what’s going wrong.

Easy, fundamental app for attendance
Easy to use. Could improve navigation through the app, but not hard to figure out. I like the features.

I use it to record individual attendance at a men’s a Cappella Chorus. Easy and fast and I can use other features when needed.
Poor customer support
The app works just fine, however, I needed to reset my password, used the reset password function but never get the email for the reset. I have sent several requests to customer support and have received nothing. Most likely will let my seven day trial run out and choose another attendance app.
Don’t change phones
Was good until change phone then everything disappears. Other users also lost data cannot get it back and help centre useless and ignore you

The calander year for 2025 has not updated for February. If I’m paying a subscription for access to this app, why can’t I use it to its fullest?
No Longer Supported?
Great app. Use everyday for Multiple classes… but as we moved into Feb 2025, it appears to hit a glitch where the calendar defaults to 2018. Developers have not replied to our inquiry on the website. Anyone else having this issue. Using MAC OS version.
No support
I changed phones and lost three years of data. Tried contacting the app developers several times and didn’t get a response. Had renewed my annual subscription days before changing phones, no refund. Frustrating and unfair practice.
