Nonexistent customer service!!!!
I have the Alora Pro lifetime plan and it just stopped working. I sent an email along with a screenshot to the website listed but my services has not been restored. No one has attempted to reach out to me to find out what is wrong or to inform me that they have received my email and are working to correct the problem.
The customer service is nonexistent; this company does not value their clients/customers.
I would never recommend this product to anyone…don’t waste your money!

Issues
I never got a good chance to use this app, so I can’t say much for all its functions, but I’ve had this on my phone since May and never made any changes. This morning it woke up me at 5:00 AM with an alarm. I don’t remember ever setting up an alarm, and I never set a regular alarm for that early. Then I tried to just report this instead of leaving a review, but my only option for reporting an issue was to type out their email address in my email, because there was no link. I deleted the app so it won’t wake me up again, and I wish it was easier to report an issue.

Not Happy
I brought a lifetime subscription and only had it for about 8 months and have now been locked out and asked to pay again… so what is a life time subscription? As I’m still alive!!

I have a mental health condition. This app is stupendous in the fact that it provides healing and clarity and sleep! I have insomnia at times and this app helps me a ton to get back to sleep! Highly recommended!
Very dishonest and Misleading
I had such high hopes for this app. Advertise everything for Free and then once you start the app here comes the membership prices and most of the best content is LOCKED. Be HONEST with your consumers and don’t waste valuable time. Go elsewhere ….better free apps available
