$950 for a broken app and useless dehumidifier
They charge you almost a grand and claim wifi when none of their apps work.
App crashes
Same as other reviews, app doesn’t work on iOS which is such a bummer because nobody is going to check these reviews prior to buying the actual unit, there’s enough research involved just trying to find a good dehumidifier to really even think about the app associated with it
Doesn’t work
Terrible app. Doesn’t maintain connection with device. In three months it has spent more time unable to connect to the device than connected. History feature does nothing. So disappointed.

Was able to login for 2 days ,but now, Unable to login anymore, App not working.
If they fix the problem they should ad to the App an On/Off programmable schedule. With different H% setpoints, just like a programable thermostat does.
We should also be able to put an +-offset on the temperature and humidity sensors to get precise readings.

Login Expired
This app is one of the worst apps I have seen, login expired, no matter what, I’ve re-downloaded the app, I have reset the password and it does not matter what you do. It went from working ok (sometimes) to not working at all.
App fails now
Once apple released iOS 18, the app crashes every time it’s opened rendering it useless. I paid the extra money for that feature specifically and it does not work. The unit itself is decent but I could have gotten a lot cheaper unit without the monitoring interface.
Disappointed.

Upgraded to New phone, has ios 18 on it and version 2.0.0 just has an unhapy face with 3 options that do nothing. Works fine on ios 17
Unstable WiFi Connection
Bought this brand of dehumidifier because it had a WiFi interface (big selling feature). After a year, still waiting on a stable, robust App to work with the unit…
