I love the convenience of this app. I had an order not go through today (this is very unusual), and it didn’t steal any of my credits or do anything shady.
What I would like is a way to add my gift-it vouchers to the app so that I can order ahead while still paying using the vouchers.

The app is smooth and easy to use, which makes ordering so much quicker and easier! The staff are always lovely and service is always quick. Love going to Alowishus for food and drinks, and this app is just an awesome addition to the experience.

The app is great and I love the rewards. But absolutely love this place. The smells of the freshly cooked brownies OMG. And the coffee Yum. You must try the homemade sausage rolls. Just half sized so you don’t feel so bad.

Have used this app a few times, the app is great but have to complain about the service coffee last couple of times has been cool even though it was requested extra hot, and the scones were really cold usually they are heated up a bit, I think the girl that served us didn’t want to be there as she was not friendly at all. It is a customer service job and if you don’t want to do it than don’t, people like to see a friendly and happy person serve them.

This app is super convenient and perfect for a person, like myself, who is always on the go! I love the flexibility of being able to order all of my favourite food and drinks from the comfort of my phone, being able to customise is as I choose, and drive through and pick it up when I’m ready! Love it!

I’m only new to the app, but I find it very easy to navigate and love that you can order your food and drink in advance so that there’s minimal wait time at the store, especially when you’re in a rush.

Love this App. Start up is a bit tricky. Adding credit card details is a little hard to read. Would be perfect if you could scan your card. But one you pass that process, love it! Easy to use. Flawless so far! Time saving genius!

Alowishus a happy place to visit
I sometimes go for coffee with a group on Saturday mornings. Sometimes my wife and I go for lunch and sometimes I just drop in. I love the friendly staff of young people and the atmosphere of this friendly meeting place as well as the community oriented feeling. Once I tried a chocolate mint slice.... delicious. We have always enjoyed the various other slices and fresh meals at Alowishus and now I can use an app to pre order.as well as getting my coffee card stamped. Good one everyone. A big thumbs up and thank you.

So many of my colleagues did not know this app existed! We used the app to bulk order lunch the other day and it was great - we didn’t have to wait, we simply walked in, collected lunch and we were off!
Only downside of the app is you can’t see the menu until you put your card details in. And the only way to see the menu is to start an order.

Quick and easy!
Love this app! I am always busy, so I love the fact that I can order a coffee on the app, and I don’t have to stand around and wait for it. It sends me a message when it’s ready and I walk in, grab my coffee, and walk out, perfect! The rewards are awesome too!

I will say that I when attempted. Was a little bit confusing. BUT!!! walking in The store with one quick question. Team members from Maryborough showed how it works. It is so fast. Just had to Think a little different. Steve Jobs would be proud.
