The ALP - Companion App. The Institute of Aquaphobia proudly presents a comprehensive mobile app designed to help individuals to learn about and overcome their fear of swimming, and water. Developed by leading experts in aquatics and education, following the Aquaphobia Learning Programme (ALP). This App is designed complement and support lessons in the water with a certified IOA Aquaphobia Coach. This app combines cognitive-behavioural therapy techniques with immersive virtual reality experiences to gradually expose users to swimming environments in a safe and controlled manner.
