App does not work
Keeps looping and then just crashes on the sign in

I cannot see any of my crypto. I also cannot use any function, search doesn’t work. Crypto is not working at all and I can’t even trade it. It’s crazy at this point, I have had so many issues, normal desktop version to.

When I’m trying to login it doesn’t even do anything it just keeps lagging and just doesn’t let me in
Access token expires all the time
App design and features are acceptable, but it is really annoying having to close and reopen the app, set 2factor auth code every single time. Aparently sometimes your OAuth2 refresh token automatically refresh the access token, but most of the time I have to close the app and start the OAuth flow from scratch.

After very buggy registration step, sign in page gets stuck.

There is no way to login
The all just says “unable to authenticate user” with the exact credentials used in a web browser. Quite frustrating

No way to use paper account on mobile
The app is very minimalistic and incomplete even... paper trading is not supported which is arguably one of Alpaca's biggest strengths for algo traders whom are validating strategies.
Can’t login
The website credentials work but the app won’t allow it. Can’t even login via this app.

Did this app just steal my alpaca credentials? Is it even legit? To devs: looks like long passwords with special characters work fine on firefox desktop but in these apps and mobile the same password returns a "401" error. FYI. You have frontend filtering consistency issues.

Yeah this app really needs a lot of bug fixes. Not dependable yet
Is this a joke?
Did the devs take a looks at basic finance apps? My equity went up 3,700% in one day? This is the problem with Alpaca - they play fast and lose with data. For instance, when compared to tradingview and polygon the Alpaca bar data is different. Apparently others say it also doesn’t match Yahoo’s data. No amount of emails to support will get an answer to why this is or if somehow I am doing something wrong and what I need to do to fix it.

Only works with US banks
They never mention this explicitly, but the app won’t connect to any non-US bank.

The website still has more features and data so I don’t use this yet, but I hope to see continued updates.

first day login looks quite impressive looking. Second day it stopped working. “an unexpected refresh token is missing”
