Alpaca was always a favorite of my wife and I. It is now a family favorite since my kid can’t stop eating it either! Delicious, healthy, and always quickly prepared. What’s more to ask?

Card issue
They don't prompt you for what card you want to use, and they make it difficult to edit or delete cards from your profile. As far as I can tell, you have to start the long process of ordering and checking out in order to remove a card. This comes across as shady.
Bad app
This app is genuinely so bad like the UI and such is fine. The food is amazing, but it would not let me actually use the app. It wouldn’t let me use my gift cards whatsoever.

Great app just wish when the canes win they’d let the BOGO coupon last at least 7 days but overall good food great prices and love the perks and coupons

Terrible App and Service
Placed an order a day ahead - go to pick up and they don’t have it. When I pull up my receipt it says my order was Cancelled. No notice, no email, no alert, nothing.

Not sure why I order on the app because they have never started working on the order until I come in and request the order (later than when it says it will be ready) - I think just ordering in person would be faster

Terrible App, great food
I tried alpaca for the first time because I heard you get a free meal when you download the app. The food was fantastic but the app is horrible. It’s not easy on the eyes, it’s hard to navigate, there’s no Apple Pay, the card scan feature literally doesn’t work at all, (I have a brand new iPhone 17 pro so ik it’s not my cameras fault), and it’s just overall clunky. No way to find your recent orders or when your mobile order is estimated to be ready. Just all around a really bad food app.

Alpaca is always welcoming and make you feel like family. The brier creek area is one of the best restaurants you can truly have an experience from excellent food, quality service, smiles and laughter. The staff becomes like family and take care of you. Alpaca is truly one of my favorite restaurants. Thanks and God Bless in Jesus Christ Name. Amen

Horrible Service
It took over an hour to get my food, and instead of being offered a refund when I inquire as to why, I was asked to leave.
