This app is an embarrassment. To release this garbage and put your name on it is just sad. Absolutely nothing works on this app. I’m not sure what the idea was behind this fake app but it guarantees that I’ll never buy another product from these folks….no effort was put into the development of this app whatsoever

Works amazing wish I can drop a picture
Works amazing took me a little bit to figure out I don’t know if people are having trouble working the app but if you go to the bottom to FloGo Thin Beam I was able to connect to my lights and work all the light settings each individual strip I can make its own color, which is pretty cool I can turn off whatever strip of light I don’t wanna use the customization on this thing is ridiculous. I definitely recommend buying these lights.

Lost remote
I recently installed my MotorLed Flow glow lights on my motorcycle. God wills it I lost the remote, so the lights are just running. Can the MotorLed Flow work with the Alpena Auto app? Not seeing this product under the app. Thank you
Underglow lights
I’ve had these lights less than a year. The app led was working then I get a notification stating to use the auto app. Neither app connect to the lights just not understanding.

Just bought these lights from the store and i set them up and turned them on then downloaded the app and tried to connect to them and did then they had shut off and wont turn on again
Alpena app connection issue
So I bought the lights, set them up in the car and downloaded the app. Connected my led lights in the app but now I can’t click on the “found device “ nothing happens when I click on it. I want to know what I need to do about this issue
app doesn’t work
recently i was changing my light color then i get a notification that says i need to update and then i updated it and now when i try to reconnect my lights i can’t click on to them to go into the lights settings but they pop up.
Underglow says found but doesn’t connect.
It worked only for 2 days and from nowhere stopped working (it wasn’t letting me to connect). Walmart made me a refund, but just to let you guys know. Is a pretty bad brand.

Interior Lights
My interior lights worked well for a few days after my purchase but all of a sudden even though it shows they have power and are on the app I can’t control my led lights or even get them on.

After the newest update it shows my lights on the app but won’t let me click on them which means I can even turn my lights on any more
