Very unfriendly and very slow
The application is very slow and unfriendly! Is very difficult to navigate through it, goes stuck very often on a comand. I need to wait a long time to load when I want to do a payment or transfer money!
The worst banking app I have ever used
Worst ever User Interface / eXperience, it freezes a lot in many occasions, it is not intuitive even for basic things like viewing your balance or transfer some money (which takes forever anyway). You need a proper user manual for these kind of things :) For the Product Management and Execs: try out some more modern banking systems like Revolut for some inspiration. Take this as a constructive feeback.

Cea mai slaba aplicatie de banca !
Chiar acum ma duc la banca sa inchid acest cont ! Din cauza aplicatiei care cere o noua parola la 6 luni desi e securitate maxima logandu-ma cu face ID sau token ! Nu am gasit asa prostie nicaieri ! Eu si sotia avem conturi la vreo 6 banci ! Cea mai slaba aplicatie ! Rusine !
