I have emailed them for 3 months with no response and am currently getting charged

I’ve experienced issues with the app and and tried cancelling 3 times and still no replies on my cancellation requests! Yet they continue to charge me! If you’re not interested in a one sided life long subscription with no feedback, then don’t sign up for this!
