As stated in other reviews, changing temp is really fiddly and every time I open the app it does not update correctly. I have to completely close the app down then open back up to see the correct temperature. Annoying. Hive it is not!
Zero ux considerations
Difficult to use app - the main requirements is to change temperature which is via a wheel designed to look like a thermostat, but makes setting the temperature you want a very fiddly exercise. Setting summer/winter mode for the boiler is not consistent across the thermostat and the app - hard to know when something’s actually been registered. Very little data available from a complex system.

Connection
It will not connect, tried it several times. Contacted Alpha, just keep getting ignored. Very poor!
