Sehr enttäuscht

Die Applikation funktionierte super and da mein Sohn total begeistert war, habe ich die Erweiterung gekauft… seit dem funktioniert die App überhaupt nicht mehr, auch nach deinstallation/ neu Installation…
Bin sehr enttäuscht…
Eine Meldung über den Support kommt für mich nicht in Frage, da man auf einen ungesicherten Website geführt wird.
