Ausfall der Leistungsanzeige
Heute ist es das 2. Mal seit Installation, dass die App ab ca 4 Uhr morgens in der Leistungsanzeige nichts einträgt, obwohl auf der Startseite Produktion angezeigt wird. Ich habe dann mal nachgesehen, ob ein Update zur Verfügung steht: ja!
Aber wenn auf aktualisieren tippt, gelangt man in den Appstore von Apple, und da ist keine Aktualisierung vorzunehmen?

Funktioniert seit 3 Jahren ohne Probleme
Ich verwende die App seit nun drei Jahren, in der Zeit gab es einmal einen Ausfall der Server, dies wurde aber in der App, als auch im Inline-Portal erklärt. Das kann passieren und war ja nur wenige Tage ein Problem. Das dann alle Torstens und Jürgens unzufrieden sind und schlecht bewerten hilft keinem. Ich kann an der App nichts negatives berichten, auch der Support hat mir bei einer Frage schnell und einfach weitergeholfen. Es gibt regelmäßig Updates und ich bin zufrieden.

Fehlende Funktionen
Läuft stabil und wird grafisch vernünftig dargestellt.
ABER:
Leistung pro String nicht abrufbar, damit könnte man Fehler im System sehr schnell erkennen.
Man kann den maximalen Ladestrom für den Akku nicht begrenzen, gut wäre eine Begrenzung in Prozent der aktuellen Leistung zur Akkuschonung.
Es fehlt die Einstellung den Akku nur mit dem Solarstrom zu laden, der über die Kappungsgrenze von 60% Einspeisung hinaus geht. Das würde den maximalen Ertrag im Sommerhalbjahr bringen.

Pretty good, with a few tweaks needed
This app is heaps better than it used to be, and is miles above the Powow one my solar installer uses. I can control my battery pretty well. Two suggested improvements:
1. On the graphs, the colour for solar is almost identical to the colour for import from grid - both shades of yellow - what’s with that?! Import should be grey.
2. It would be good to have more granular control over the battery discharge times. I would like to set both the time AND the level to discharge to overnight, so I can let it use some but not all of my battery overnight, and save some battery for the peak morning times.

Limited control! Needs to be sorted
I am bitterly disappointed in the way my batteries and this app work. I purchased these and the app should be fully functional for my personal use if I choose. Instead there is limited functionality and problems with it controlling my energy usage from the grid or my batteries. I personally believe the government needs to put in place regulations that protect the owners of these batteries!
It’s not a great solution to our power issues!

Latest update more confusing
The latest update has made it harder to understand what it discharging at what time and when to charge.
The self consumption just does “magic” but still discharges everything to the grid…

Needs glossary
Desperately needs an info Page/how to read data page. Not all abbreviations are universal so need translation.
Can’t get it repaired
The installer won’t fix or reset it or call me back SOLARMAXX is a terrible company and the app is no use to me if the batteries don’t work.no contact info for the app either so I can reset the thing none.
Graphing repeatedly fails
Over the last month, the graphing data disappears for hours at a time, sometime reappearing after an issue is lodged, sometimes not. Not very stable. Much prefer old interface with more info on the screen rather than a large ‘House’ with spread out data. Would be useful if cloud system errors were shown rather than having to lodge an issue before data gets restored. Nearly given up relying on the app for reliable system status.

System down
Very disappointed. The app only worked for 1 day after installation and now on the 2nd day no data showing at all. I cannot monitor my solar production, battery status, or energy usage. Not sure if the system is down or if there is a connection issue, but the app is currently unusable. Please fix this as soon as possible.

Terrible app
I have had the battery for 6 months and the app hasn’t worked correctly for nearly the entire period.
Past (last) app had better functionality.
Sorry can’t use this new app, too difficult to read, we are not all engineers, so keep the app simple.

Not working now won’t let login. Want verification code sent via email but doesn’t send an email.
Will not let me in
Waste of time costing me more money than its worth can’t get in will not send me a code and will not allow me in not another bug unbelievable.

Avoid
App and battery don’t communicate with wifi supported by vodaphone providers. Have had nothing but trouble with the battery and the app since having installed in August 2025. avoid this brand at all costs.

What have you done to the app, it is awful. Font way too small to read, no functionality anymore. Bring back the old app.

But 10 steps back. You cant expect customers to be happy with this. So many element missing or not making sense. Either go back to the old app or make the necessary updates to fix the bugs
Hopeless update
Been using the app for 7 years now. Latest update has disconnected my batteries from the app and refuses to reconnect them.
Needs another update
Updated 2 days ago and now many of the read-outs aren’t working. H’mmmm?
