AlphaPal: Geotag Photos

αPal is a completely free camera geotagging companion. It sends your iPhone’s current location directly to your camera over Bluetooth, allowing the camera to write GPS coordinates into photos as you shoot. Pair your camera once, enable Location Information Link, and αPal reconnects automatically when the camera becomes available. Location updates can continue in the background while your iPhone is locked, so your photos remain geotagged throughout a shoot. Your location stays between your iPhone and your camera. αPal does not require an account and does not upload your location to a server or cloud service.
