I do not need a monthly reminder to reorder as time varies for insulin, so I order when I need to
Useless app
This app is usually glitchy. It frequently doesn’t let me know that my prescription is ready. It will only work sideways on my devices. It is difficult to use generally - not intuitive. I try to avoid it at all costs.

The only thing I would say is the logging out and back it to place an order and I get 3 choices of how and it's a bit confusing but I'm getting used to it as it's just my yahoo email - but gets me every time and the PW

New chemist app
The big downside on this is that it doesn’t tell you when the prescription is ready so still have to call/visit chemist to find if in or not.

I have deleted this app from my phone as it was ordering prescriptions I did not need at that time. I am still getting emails and I cannot find a way of ensuring that I have cancelled the service

Not fit for purpose
I downloaded this app for my wife and myself 3 months ago after seeing all the wonderful reviews. We used to use patient access for prescriptions etc. it’s absolutely useless at keeping you up to date with status of prescriptions after the initial order, we never know when they are ready just approximate dates. When you go to collect days after these estimates the prescriptions are never ready and you end up waiting for them to be prepared. After collecting a message appears a few days later that they’re are running late despite us already having them. Patient access is much easier and we will switch back. Probably a good idea but poorly managed by chemists.

Does not send verification email
I’ve been trying for 3 weeks using this app and online website I’m using the same email I’ve used with my chemist for four years until they changed to this system Now I receive nothing I’ve been through my spam and trash folders, I’ve contacted my mail service provider who has confirmed no emails from you No contact details on web site very poor service

Driving me mad
If I get my prescription from another source there appears to be no way to turn off text reminders which come in thick and fast. Infuriating

This App is absolutely fantastic. So simple to set up, add meds, get reminders and with just a couple of clicks, I can re order repeat prescriptions and I get notified.
So firstly, I never forget ever again and secondly, no more making phone calls unless I need professional advice
