Shocking app
Seems to have been more stable past couple of months but app now telling me my account is closed!!! I’ve been assured account is still active app and are aware of and issue with the latest iOS. Can’t even log in via desktop! No access to funds or the account.
Doesn’t even offer telephone banking to business customers.
Avoid and look for an alternative banking solution!

Nothing but a horrible experience
Can’t rate it low enough!! As well as the support service on the phone! They make it seem as I’m the only customer who are having difficulty acting my account and apparently they can’t replicate my error message, hence they have no solution for me!!
There should be a zero star option
ARB has to be the worst bank in Britain

The App is very cumbersome to use. It is very difficult to navigate and find information! It needs a complete overhaul.

Pointless and useless app. Very inconvenient. Doesn't work. Do not bank with Alrayan. This bank has made my business look like a joke. I have now moved however still trying to get my money back from them which is a nightmare.

I have an iPhone, app doesn’t work. Need to turn phone off and restart to get it to work once. Told I can’t do phone banking for a business account. Needless to say I’m moving to another bank.

A terrible app, absolutely useless as it has minimal functions. No idea why they bothered developing it!

Ive installed all this apps a number of time and it keeps failing at verification point. You need to do something about it or you are going to have customers swapping banks. I did go into the store with this matter but one of the advisors said keep trying its all related to the corona situation at the Birmingham Small Heath branch. Its been over 10 weeks and the problem is still there. Even the payments transfers are really slow and I've noticed that over the last two years. I think its time to move on and switch banks.

The old online banking worked fine. I need to “write in or visit a branch” to make a notice withdrawal as the app doesn’t work!

Disgraceful
Doesn’t work so I went into branch to sort and they set up touch login . Tried to log in today got locked out and wouldn’t let me re register . I’m self isolating and my Isa matures tomorrow. Completely screwed now

This App is useless, does not work at all on my phone. Spoke to the bank for over an hour to get the desktop version to work but also does not work. What was this bank thinking when they allowed clowns to design an App and disrupt so many customers work and lives

Authentication for registration does not work
Tried using this App. Tried registering by visual and inputting details. Both did not work. The visual ID is particularly irritating. The App freezes then crashes. I gave up after several frustrating attempts. Horrendous waste of time. One of the worst banking apps and most inaccessible accounts from a bank. Does not really deserve any stars. I am considering closing my accounts and moving to another bank. What good is banking that you cannot access?
