1年前から落ちる事象がコメントされているのに対応していないあたりアプリ開発部門の能力不足もしくは使用者への配慮不足が感じられます。
お金をもらっている立場であるはずなので、責任持って最低限のサービスを提供してほしいですね。

ブラウザ経由ではログイン出来るか、こちらのアプリからは何度試みてもログイン不可能です。
接続先URLの入力が必要な理由が分かりませんが、いざと言う時、慌てていても確認出来る分かりやすいログイン画面へ改修をお願いします。
