Alt-Bionics Connect lets you wirelessly control and customize your Genesis Hand through its Bluetooth interface. Easily create and manage personalized grip patterns, monitor and tune EMG signals, and adjust the color and brightness of the Hex Ring LED, along with other device settings—all from one intuitive platform. The app is designed for both users and clinicians, offering advanced control, fine-tuning, and improved safety features for a tailored experience. This includes proportional control for more natural movement, collision-aware grip behavior with priority-based logic, and enhanced EMG configuration tools. A unique feature of the Genesis Hand and its companion app is real-time finger movement visualization while creating and adjusting custom grip patterns. This live feedback allows users and clinicians to refine grips with greater accuracy and confidence, ensuring patterns perform exactly as intended.
