Annual subscription issues not being resolved
I purchased an annual subscription in March of this year. After your latest update the application says my subscription has expired. I have sent multiple messages asking for a fix and have not received a response. Please fix this issue and provide a credit to me and any other user who has lost access due to your error.

A little disappointed
I love watching the mini videos, however every time I get half way through a series it says the video was taken down. Perhaps you should give a notification before you start watching it so others know that it’s limited and not just disappear right in the middle of an episode.

Worst company to try to cancel subscription. I did a trial for a week , and it been three months I have reach out to cancel subscription and every month they try to bill my credit card , I’ve had to freeze my credit card so they don’t process charge , the reason I cancelled my subscription is it would on let me watch half the show , I feel for $31 I should be able to see the whole show . Do not subscribe to this company
